Many of these issues could be due to unprocessed past events that are holding you back in life and causing you emotional pain and confusion. Positive and Effective Methods

Along with the wide variety of well-known counselling techniques and concepts that I use, many of my clients have benefited from an understanding of healthy breathing techniques and simple but highly effective visualisation exercises. These have proven to be catalysts for a positive resolution of many deep-rooted issues, that my clients had been suffering from for many years. These methods also help to facilitate a more grounded, stronger and healthier way of being in my clients.
